Lawson to open two stores in Hawaii

Lawson, Japan's convenience store chain, are coming to Hawaii, USA on July 7, 2012.

The convenience stores are originally invented in the US. But Japanese people sophisticated its form since 1970s. Then eventually 7-Eleven Japan acquired its 7-Eleven Headquater om Japan.

Japanese convenience stores are the most sophisticated retail models.

After 7-Eleven, FamlyMart in 2005, the last of top 3 conbini chain, Lawson, is coming to the US.

According to its press release, they will first open two stores, then plan to expand to 20~30 stores in Hawaii in next 3 years. This is their 3rd countries after Chna and Indonesia.

It's located near the beach. They have plenty of fast food that you can bring to near beach.
