As we find out the extent of the damage since East Japan Great Earthquake on March 11, 2011, the people in Tohoku region are in desperate needs of relief aid and volunteers.

However, Japanese people have experienced the advantage and disadvantage of volunteering over the last several disasters since 1995.

Disorganized volunteers could lead to the worse result.

Therefore, we need ask people to follow the rules of volunteering to prevent from further mess although we are in the desparate for people's help.
