The optional wedding reception service comes with an iPad to watch the live streaming of the wedding reception and full-course food menu.

Today, the Japanese couples tend to get married at the older age. And the people live longer. Many couples wants their parents, grandparents and/or great grandparents to attend their wedding. But their physical conditions don't let them do so sometime.

Therefore, Hilton Japan came up with this plan.

At first, a Hilton concierge visits their house with iPad. The gustes can check out the hotel and wedding stage with 3D image. Once the wedding started, they will be able to watch the live streaming of the wedding.

As the wedding reception proceeds, they will bring the exact food at the exact timing (with some exception). They will also be able to communicate with the bride and groom.

Since Hilton staff need to travel with food and device, the price is not inexpensive. It starts from 350,000 yen for 2 guests, including tax and service fee.

The plan includes the food catering for two (2), a camera person on-site, one chef, one concierge, table and silvers, iPad and necessary devices. The service is only available in Tokyo area. But the brochure says that "you can negotiate".

But you could probably ask them if your family member cannot come to your wedding in Japan.

For inquiry, call Hilton Tokyo Sales, 03-3344-5111, between 10am and 7pm, opens 7 days a week.
