YokosoNews Mac has crashed and lost a data on the test. We really apologize but we may have to postpond at the last min.
Katz was going to turn one of his MacBook Pro to Apple Care because HDD was having problem.
When he was copying the HDD files to a temp external HDD drive, it crashed. All data has the backups. No data has been lost. However, it will take 5 hours to restore.
We deeply apologize the inconvenience, but we regret to say we need to postpond or cancel the live cast. We'll let you know the update on what we should do for the live cast.
It's the season of college entrance exam. Many Japanese high school students are trying to pass the college entrance exams.
Daigaku Nyushi Center Shiken (Center Shiken, 大学入試センター試験 or National Center Test for University Admissions) is the standardized test used by public and some private universities in Japan. It is held annually during a weekend in mid-January over a period of two days (Wikipedia)
It was last week. Half a million high school students took this Center Shiken.
YokosoNews got hold of the English test (Major Japanese newspapers usually distribute the tests within a day.)
It's been a while since Katz was one of those students. But now, he can speak English.
Why don't we take the test LIVE during YokosoNews Weekly. We love to see how English native speaker do on these test!
The Students Wanted
We're looking for 4 or 5 contestants with Skype with Video chat capability. Please contact YokosoNews with your Skype ID.
The "students" must be 18 year-old or older.
