WorldBeach 2011 - The web conference in Nagoya, Japan

THE CONFERENCE ABOUT WORDPRESS (A WEB PUBLISHING PLATFORM) FROM NAGOYA, JAPAN FOR WEB DESIGNERS, DEVELOPERS AND BLOGGERS

WordBeach is the two-day conference event in Nagoya about WordPress. WordPress is a publishing platform that many famous news and blog sites use. The event is organized by WordBench Nagoya, a WordPress users group from Nagoya, Japan.

YokosoNews will be sponsoring the live cast of the event to help Japanese bloggers and webmasters to improve their knowledge of online publishing -  which may eventually help the coverage of YokosoNews in the future.

* Almost all programs are in Japanese only.

How to register

  • Visit register page
  • Type your desired user ID in the top field and your email address on the bottom field.
  • Click "登録 (register)" button to register
  • You will eeceive the confirmation email with your password
  • Login
  • Check "WordBeach に参加します" (I would like to attend WordBeach) check box to confirm your attendance to WordBeach
  • Please fill out your nick name (ニックネーム) and realname under "Yomikana (ヨミカナ)" teh rest of the fields are option exept email address.
  • Scroll down to blue botton "Update your profile (プロフィールを更新)" and confirm the attendance.

Direction

From Nagoya Station

  • Take Meitetsu train to Chubu Airport limited express (15 min)
  • Get off Otagawa (太田川) station
  • Transfer to normal train bound for Tokoname on Tokoname Line (13 min)
  • Get off Hinaga (ひなが or 日長) station
  • Walk 10 min to Shinmaiko Mana Village (we highly recommend to print out Google Map)
